Services We Provide
Personal Business Assistance
We support individuals in managing their personal business matters, including reading and understanding mail, organizing important documents, and completing necessary paperwork. Our goal is to ensure clients can confidently handle tasks such as locating housing, paying bills, scheduling appointments, and using county & state resources to foster independence and reduce stress in daily life.
Basic Cooking Skills & Meal Prep
We help individuals develop essential cooking skills to promote safety, independence, and confidence in the kitchen. Our program covers meal planning, grocery shopping, safe food handling, and basic cooking techniques. Clients learn how to prepare simple, nutritious meals while focusing on kitchen safety, portion control, and time management. We aim to empower individuals to make healthy food choices and successfully prepare meals that fit their dietary needs and preferences.
Appointment Support & Advocacy
Our team helps clients obtain transportation through county paratransit services and will accompany individuals to medical, dental, and other essential appointments, providing assistance and advocacy as needed. Our goal is to ensure individuals can communicate with professionals, understand important information, and ensure their needs and concerns are addressed. We strive to empower individuals by offering guidance and support, helping them navigate appointments with confidence.
Who We Are
Zenith Care Consultants was founded by Shelley Hawkins - McCray and Tannell Hawkins. The two have combined decades of experience in corporate America, public education, senior living care, and independent living services (ILS). Our mission is to provide hands-on, tailored support to individuals with developmental disabilities, helping them gain essential life skills and greater independence. Driven by professional expertise and personal experiences, we are committed to empowering our clients with the care, guidance, and advocacy they need to lead fulfilling lives.
